Activity Director
Location 420 W Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL
Responsibilities As an Activity Director you are responsible for our residents’ emotional and social wellbeing. Your work will ensure that residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by implementing and directing activity programs that meet their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. You will oversee all aspects of the Activity Department, participate in resident care conferences, develop new activity programs, and keep up with trends and industry standards to maintain residents’ comfort and safety.
Qualifications Minimum requirements: high school diploma or equivalent. Prior Activity Aide and/or Activity Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is required, one (1) year in a director or managerial role, and NCCAP Certification is preferable.
