Position Summary

Tom Wood Powersports is looking for a creative, high‑energy motorcycle inventory photographer to capture the speed, style, and culture of our powersports brands. This role is responsible for producing engaging photo and video content that showcases our inventory, events, team, and customer experience across social media, digital marketing, and in‑store displays.
If you love motorsports, understand how to tell stories visually, and thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment, this is a chance to turn passion into impact.
You must be able to move inventory for this position so a motorcycle endorsement on your license is a must.
What You’ll Do
Capture high quality photos and short‑form videos of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, accessories, events, and lifestyle content.
Create content for social media, website, digital ads, recruiting, and in‑store marketing.
Photograph new and used inventory for online listings and promotions.
Edit and optimize photos and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.
Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to align content with dealership priorities.
Support dealership events, rides, and promotions with onsite content capture.
Maintain organized photo and video libraries for easy access and reuse.
Ensure all content aligns with Tom Wood brand standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Travel between four Central Indiana Tom Wood Powersports locations to capture content across all dealerships.
What We’re Looking For
Strong photography skills with an eye for action, detail, and storytelling.
Experience shooting motorsports, automotive, or action sports content preferred.
Basic to intermediate video capture and editing skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on dealership environment.
Passion for powersports and understanding of dealership culture.
Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills.
Valid driver’s license and a motorcycle endorsement to safely move around inventory and dealership property.
Schedule Full‑time position. Schedule includes evenings and weekends to support events and promotions and company hours.
