School Director
EPSI Worx is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a School Director. The School Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the institute, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for students. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in education administration or a related field. Teaching certification and previous teaching experience. At least five years of managerial experience. Excellent drafting skills to develop various documents and policies. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. First-class organizational skills. Responsibilities: Research, develop, and evaluate curricula, teaching procedures, and educational materials to enhance the quality of education provided. Gather and analyze data, review reports, and monitor the performance of faculty staff and the progress of teaching methods. Establish school policies and procedures to ensure student safety, order, and discipline. Maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Oversee administrative duties, including the hiring of staff, development of budgets, and management of facilities. Report directly to the President and provide regular updates on the institute's operations and performance.
