Sales Representative
based in
Beaumont, TX . You’ll build relationships with customers in our Petrochemical and Refinery sector in Baytown/Beaumont – a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What You’ll Do
Use both account management and hunting skills
Face‑to‑face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Develop and deliver commercial sales proposals.
Sell equipment rentals and services to our commercial sales customers.
Develop medium‑to‑long‑term sales plans.
Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams.
You Are
3+ years of direct sales experience selling to Petrochemical and Refinery customers
Entrepreneurial mindset
Must possess a sales hunter mindset
Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems
Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
