Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and we provide classroom budgets to purchase learning materials and craft supplies to realize your program vision. Lead the school as Director, overseeing daily operations and the delivery of high-quality Early Childhood Education. Collaborate with a full-time curriculum and education specialist to support instructional planning and program quality. Manage classroom budgets for learning materials and crafts to ensure teachers can implement envisioned experiences. Foster strong partnerships with families and children to deliver engaging programs and positive outcomes. Mentor and support teachers as Early Childhood Professional Educators and promote professional development opportunities. Engage in programs that reinforce core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Coordinate with centralized services (billing, screening, and hiring) to reduce administrative duties and allow focus on program quality. Participate in external professional development opportunities, including conferences and Nest-supported trainings. Qualifications
Previous Director Experience required; preferably in a large school setting. Early Childhood Education required. Director Credential preferred. Pay Range
USD $58,000.00 – USD $62,000.00 /Yr.
