Estimator Position
A reputable and growing General Contractor in Atlanta is actively seeking an Estimator to join their team. This is an on-site opportunity open to candidates ranging from entry-level to senior-level, offering the chance to work on ground-up commercial and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a company with a strong pipeline of work and clear opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial and multifamily projects Review plans, specifications, and project scope Assist with or lead the bidding process depending on experience level Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing Support value engineering and cost analysis Qualifications: Experience with ground-up commercial and/or multifamily construction required Open to entry-level through senior-level candidates Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with estimating software is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $65K $170K (based on experience) On-site role with a collaborative team environment Strong backlog of projects providing stability Clear path for growth and advancement Competitive benefits package To be considered, please send your resume and project list to jasmine.ingram@gogpac.com 402.402.6264
