Sales Analyst
The Sales Analyst will partner closely with the Sales Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales performance and identify trends and opportunities Perform forecast and gap-to-plan analyses Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials Build dashboards in Excel/Power BI Support pipeline and sales performance reporting Assist with sales compensation reporting, including bonus and commission calculations Maintain CRM data quality Partner cross-functionally and deliver insights Deliver ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 3+ years in analytics, sales ops, or finance Advanced Excel skills Experience with Power BI and CRM systems Strong analytical and communication skills Our Culture We are committed to fostering a culture built on: Ownership:
