The Role We are looking for an Operations Specialist who excels at contract integrity, scope resolution, proactive customer communication, and working with software. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex contract details into production requirements, manage and resolve contract scope changes, and effectively communicate high-level status updates to customers. The role will include actively improving core front-end operations with software and process to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 45 hours per week, to ensure full coverage of production lifecycles and mission-critical customer needs. Core Responsibilities Contract Execution & Scope Integrity:

Perform comprehensive reviews of incoming customer contracts and purchase orders to ensure technical and commercial alignment. Execute and manage the status of customer information requests and procedure submittals required for project kick-offs. Requirements Translation:

Convert complex contractual details and technical specifications into actionable production requirements and clear internal work instructions. Active Scope Management:

Identify, document, maintain logs of, and resolve discrepancies in project scope through collaboration with sales and engineering. Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for mission-critical customers, delivering proactive status updates and managing expectations throughout the production lifecycle. Systems Evolution & Automation:

Actively participate in the design and process for continuous systems development improvement. Process Improvement:

Analyze front-end operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Compliance & Records Management:

Maintain meticulous records of contract amendments and quality requirements to ensure full adherence to defense and industry standards. Final Quality & Documentation Assurance : Oversee the digital verification of technical test reports and shipping documentation to ensure compliance between contractual requirements and final deliverables. You will work to transition these manual review processes into automated, software-driven validation workflows. Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a technical manufacturing, defense, or aerospace environment, with a focus on contract management, or customer-facing operations. Contract Literacy:

Proven ability to interpret technical requirements and resolve scope conflicts in a high-integrity environment. Technical Proficiency:

Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets. Ability to use basic automation or programming logic to streamline reporting is highly desired. Systems-Driven Organization:

Highly organized with a proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles and open items with a goal of 100% data integrity. Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Adaptability:

An agile contributor who excels in a fast-paced environment and can pivot from high-level technical analysis to hands-on support when needed. Education:

College or Technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Business preferred). xywuqvp Compliance:
