Overview
We are expanding our network and are looking for freelance brokers or recruitment agencies who can help us get in touch with companies in Germany that are facing a shortage of unskilled labour.
Responsibilities
Independently identify companies experiencing staffing shortages
Build direct relationships with decision-makers
Collect the information needed for us to calculate our hourly rate
Conduct negotiations and manage client relationships until the practical terms can be handed over to our team
Commission model
We provide a basic calculation of labour costs
This is currently our most practical and transparent cooperation model
What we expect in the first months
At least one serious negotiation contact with a company that actually needs workers
The ability to independently manage the negotiation process, so that we only receive the final calculations and conditions
