The Sales Trainer will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of training content and programs for the sales and sales management teams. Specific responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and ensuring effective delivery of content as well as assessing training needs and evaluating training program effectiveness. This role is a remote position in the US but must be local to a major airport for the 40% travel requirement. Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and continuously improve training materials across multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual) within the LMS Design engaging sales skills training including role-play and objection handling Support onboarding, product launches, and leadership development initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver training that drives field performance Conduct field visits to coach Territory Managers and Clinical Account Managers Coordinate logistics for training events including national sales meetings Administer training platforms (Zoom, Teams, Seismic) and report outcomes to leadership Skills For Success:
Experience developing and delivering initial and ongoing training to sales teams. Training delivery and/or instructional design experience a plus. Ability to develop training programs and content without support of external vendors. High competency in the following areas: highly collaborative, strong oral and verbal communication skills, excellent multitasking, planning, process and project management, effective decision-making, results-oriented, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience with meeting management, with the ability to structure small- and large-group meetings to achieve pre-defined objectives. Self-starter with the ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop training to address them. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization. Up to 40% travel required Adaptable to a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and focus on the identification of potential issues and continuous improvement Experience with Learning Management system (LMS), Seismic and Microsoft, etc. Required Education:
A minimum of a HSD or equivalent Required Experience:
5 years of work experience in medical device or health care industry, preferably with training or field sales experience developing and executing initial and ongoing training programs for sales teams. Endovascular experience required Benefits & Perks:
