We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Wellness Director. The Wellness Director oversees the overall care and well-being of residents in the senior living community. This role is responsible for managing the health services team, ensuring quality care standards, compliance with state regulations, and promoting a wellness-focused environment that supports resident independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of resident care services. Manage the wellness team including nurses, aides, and care associates, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance. Conduct health assessments for new residents and create individualized care plans. Monitor resident health status and care needs, making updates to care plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and community policies. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Lead regular care plan reviews and participate in resident/family care conferences. Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote healthy aging. Provide training, coaching, and development for care staff. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and medical professionals. Qualifications & Experience

On-Demand Pay option available for wages earned between paydays. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting; senior living or geriatric experience preferred. Prior management or supervisory experience required. Strong knowledge of state regulations for assisted living or memory care. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. What We Offer
