Estimator Position
A growing general contractor known for healthcare, federal, and commercial projects, delivering ground-up and interior buildouts with a collaborative, family-oriented culture. * Review drawings, quantify materials, and support detailed takeoffs. * Prepare estimates using PlanSwift or similar platforms. * Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. * Assist in bid packaging, proposals, and scope reviews. * Support cost tracking, value engineering, and project handoffs.
