The Company is in need of a Head of Investor Relations to spearhead its capital formation and investor engagement activities. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the firm's efforts to raise capital from a diverse range of investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional channels. This pivotal role involves not only the immediate responsibility of capital raising but also the strategic development and execution of a scalable capital formation strategy that is in line with the firm's investment funds. The Head of Investor Relations will be the primary point of contact for all investor-related matters, from creating fundraising materials to managing ongoing relationships with limited partners.
Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in capital raising and investor relations, specifically within the real estate private equity or alternative assets sector. A proven track record of success in raising capital from various investor types is essential, as is a strong understanding of private fund structures, real estate investment strategies, and the expectations of limited partners. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building and refining IR infrastructure, processes, and reporting as the firm expands.
