Property Management Assistant We are seeking a reliable, organized Property Management Assistant to support daily operations across our property portfolio. This role will assist with tenant communication, maintenance coordination, office administration, and record keeping.
Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails from tenants, vendors, and owners.
Log and track maintenance requests.
Coordinate repairs and follow up on work orders.
Assist with lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in/move-out tasks.
Maintain accurate tenant and property files.
Collect and record rent payments.
Support property inspections and site visits.
Assist with invoices, billing, and basic reporting.
Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay on schedule.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Property management experience preferred, but not required.
Preferred
Experience with property management software.
Familiarity with leasing, maintenance coordination, or bookkeeping.
Work Environment
Full-time position.
