As we continue to expand, we’re looking to add an experienced Senior Solar Field Marketer to our Tampa team. This role is designed for a high-level canvasser who already understands door-to-door solar lead generation and can step in with minimal training. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our in-home sales team by working residential neighborhoods and building rapport with homeowners. Our team is made up of long-tenured professionals who take pride in what they do and support each other’s growth. Territory Manager (D2D Canvasser) Generate qualified appointments for in-home solar consultations Prospect targeted residential areas and engage homeowners directly Consistently hit or exceed daily and weekly performance targets Represent Current Home with professionalism and strong product knowledge Participate in team meetings focused on performance, training, and culture Performance Expectations 2–3+ high-quality appointments per day (this is the baseline — top performers exceed it consistently) Consistently generating appointments that meet quality standards for the sales team Why Join Our Team?
