Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a top industry client. This individual will play a key role in supporting sales operations and marketing initiatives by coordinating trade shows and events, managing promotional materials, and assisting with sales campaigns and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects while working cross-functionally with sales teams, vendors, and leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, supporting revenue-driving efforts, and contributing to both external marketing initiatives and internal team engagement.
Day-to-Day:
Coordinate and execute trade show participation from planning through follow-up
Manage booth inventory, shipping logistics, and on-site trade show support
Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral and promotional materials
Support sales campaigns by coordinating timelines, materials, and tracking progress
Maintain CRM and representative firm contact lists
Assist leadership with sales presentations, reports, and customer-facing materials
Coordinate website updates and digital marketing content with external partners
Plan and support internal employee events and engagement activities
Track leads, trade show performance, and marketing metrics
Must-Haves:
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or marketing support
Experience supporting sales teams and marketing initiatives
Trade show and event coordination experience
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Experience managing marketing materials, collateral, and promotional items
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs for event and trade show support
Plusses:
Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, Trimble TraSer, or ConstructConnect
Experience coordinating with external vendors and marketing agencies
Email marketing or digital content support experience
Exposure to sales reporting, metrics, or campaign tracking
Experience supporting executive leadership with presentations and reports
Bilingual in English and Spanish
