This role is ideal for someone early in their career who already thinks strategically, is curious about customers, and wants real ownership over messaging and go-to-market outcomes. Bachelor’s Degree in a business field (Marketing, or Business) or related degree programs (e.g. Instructional design) and/or 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales, customer success, growth, or a related fieldProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in PowerPoint, and Word Technical aptitude with a strong ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and business outcomes Familiarity with product marketing concepts such as positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement. Clear, concise writing and storytelling skills Demonstrated curiosity about customer experience gathering or using customer insights is a strong plusAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams Strong facilitation and communication skills—able to guide discussions, ask the right questions, and drive clarity across cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) tools or methodologies.
