This role is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of visual design across both physical and digital touchpoints in a fast‑paced, global environment. You will play a key role in shaping brand identity through packaging, marketing assets, and eCommerce visuals that drive engagement and sales. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will transform creative concepts and consumer insights into compelling, high‑impact designs. The position combines creativity with strategic thinking, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding and performance‑driven design. Accountabilities:
Design and develop packaging and labels that are visually impactful, compliant, and aligned with brand identity across retail and eCommerce channels
Create a wide range of marketing assets including product launch materials, sell sheets, retailer presentations, and promotional content
Produce high‑performing digital creatives for eCommerce platforms, paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints
Translate marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling visual storytelling
Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners to deliver high‑quality creative assets within tight timelines
Prepare production‑ready files, ensuring accuracy in dielines, print specifications, and color management
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in CPG, branding, or eCommerce environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, digital marketing assets, and brand consistency
Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid understanding of print production processes, dielines, and color management
Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling designs
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice‑to‑have:
Experience with Amazon listings, PDP imagery, and A+ content
Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflows
Experience working with printers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for CPG packaging
