User Experience Writer (Financial Services experience)

User Experience (UX) Writer: We are seeking a UX Writer to support the development of new B2B and B2C transactional websites, with a strong focus on content strategy, usability, and design-to-development alignment. This role will play a critical part in establishing Figma as the single source of truth for content and design, helping streamline workflows, reduce development errors, and improve overall delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Translate and map content from structured content matrices into Figma designs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across all digital experiences Partner closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to align content with design and development workflows Write clear, user-centered copy for transactional web experiences from initial design through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Contribute to the creation of scalable content systems that improve the handoff between design and development Identify and eliminate pain points in the content and design process, driving efficiencies and improving overall product quality Impact: This role will help establish a more streamlined, scalable content-to-design workflow by making Figma the central source of truth—ultimately reducing development time, minimizing errors, and enhancing the end-user experience across digital platforms.
