
Store Experience Designer (Graphic Design)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic Store Experience team in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This hybrid role supports the development and execution of visually compelling in-store marketing that enhances the customer journey and aligns with brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product launches.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. This role requires strong collaboration across design, visual merchandising, copy, and production partners to ensure seamless in-person retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide design support to the Store Experience team in developing on-brand retail marketing materials that elevate the in-store customer experience.
Prepare polished presentation decks for leadership reviews, both digital and in-person.
Assist with building seasonal walk-through presentations within a mock store environment, including printing, trimming, mounting, and setting marketing materials live.
Clean and organize art files in preparation for art release, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
Route creative files through Copy and Design leads for approval.
Research and gather design inspiration, patterns, and visual direction to inform upcoming campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Visual Merchandising, Copy, Creative Services, and Procurement teams.
Support additional projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably within retail marketing or campaign environments.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong foundation in layout design, typography, and image retouching.
Working knowledge of print production and file preparation for press.
Experience thriving in a deadline-driven, fast-paced setting with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail marketing, in-store campaigns, or customer experience design.
Hands-on experience trimming and mounting artwork for presentation or mock store environments.
Proficiency in Figma.
Familiarity with FileMaker.
Education
Associate’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
