The Marketing Associate is a cross-functional role responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across Global Ordnance Holdings and its affiliated brands, including Global Ordnance, Global Military Products and Mountain Horse. This position supports brand visibility, product marketing, digital content, trade show coordination, and sales enablement efforts while ensuring alignment with company strategy and applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Compliance with all federal, state and local regulations relevant to our industry as well as all applicable company policies and procedures.
Support development and execution of marketing initiatives across company websites, digital platforms, and print materials.
Assist with content creation, updates, and maintenance for company websites, marketing collateral, and presentations.
Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Support brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Assist with creation of sales enablement tools (print and digital).
Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams.
Track and organize marketing assets.
Assist in managing social media and digital initiatives.
Monitor basic marketing metrics and prepare reports.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Authorized U.S. Person under ITAR.
Ability to work onsite in Sarasota and travel from time to time to our Tampa, FL office.
Physical Demands & Abilities
Prolonged sitting and computer use
Standing and walking during trade shows and events.
Domestic travel (typically 25%, may vary based on business conditions) and potential international travel is required.
Frequent lifting or exerting upwards of 25lbs, Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions
This position would report to work on site at our facility in Sarasota, this would consist of an office environment with time spent in our warehouse maintaining our inventory of marketing supplies and also require travel and support during trade shows and events.
