As the Junior Marketing Associate, you will be an essential part of our global research. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality research panels of both riders and drivers across international markets. Your mission is to ensure we have a constant, reliable flow of participants for testing and feedback, while optimizing our recruitment processes and reducing acquisition costs.
Key Responsibilities Direct Recruitment: Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies across email, driver communities, social media groups, WhatsApp, and niche driver platforms.
Automation & Optimization: Identify and implement system improvements and automation to streamline the onboarding flow and lower the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Local Representation: Hire and manage local brand representatives in key markets to facilitate “on-the-ground” recruitment as needed.
Product Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to source specific driver segments for technical testing in new or expanding markets.
Growth Marketing: Scale rider panels using a mix of organic outreach (email, social) and paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Target Tracking: Manage and hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets to ensure research teams have adequate sample sizes.
3. Operations & Experience Incentives Management: Design, oversee, and distribute rewards programs to ensure high participation and retention rates.
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for panel members, resolving issues and maintaining a positive brand reputation within the community.
User Feedback & Surveys: Oversee the distribution of user surveys and assist in synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for the marketing and product teams.
4. Data & Reporting KPI Ownership: Monitor and report on panel health via dashboards and spreadsheets.
Ad Hoc Marketing: Support the broader marketing team with creative asset requests, copywriting for recruitment, and special projects.
Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years in Marketing, Operations, or Market Research (experience in the mobility/rideshare industry is a major plus).
Data Literacy: Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and dashboard tools; ability to translate numbers into performance trends.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, survey software (Typeform/Qualtrics), and basic knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities globally.
Adaptability: A “scrappy” mindset—willing to jump into WhatsApp groups or local forums to find the right participants.
