Role Overview We\'re seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead paid advertising strategies for our e-commerce and B2B clients. This client-facing role requires a proven performer who can independently manage complex campaigns, and drive exceptional results across multiple advertising platforms. You\'ll be a strategic partner to clients, combining technical expertise with consultative communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and others)
Own full-funnel campaign strategy for e-commerce and B2B clients, from awareness to conversion optimization
Manage complex search and shopping campaigns with proven track record of scaling e-commerce performance
Lead client strategy sessions, quarterly business reviews, and performance presentations
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
Conduct advanced audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and market research
Manage campaign budgets with accountability for ROAS and revenue targets
Stay ahead of platform changes, beta features, and industry innovations
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications 1-5 years of hands-on digital media buying experience, with significant focus on e-commerce brands
Proven expertise in Google Ads search and shopping campaigns with demonstrated results
Strong experience across multiple platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, and paid social
Track record of managing ad budgets and achieving ROAS targets
Advanced understanding of e-commerce metrics, attribution models, and conversion optimization
Experience presenting to clients and leading strategic discussions
Excellent client management skills with ability to build trust and credibility
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client accounts
Preferred Qualifications Google Ads certification(s) and platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, Amazon Ads, etc.)
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
Experience with feed management and product feed optimization
Knowledge of programmatic advertising or emerging channels
Understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimization

Compensation Salary Range:$45,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
This range reflects market rates for Overland Park, Kansas, and accounts for the 1-5 year experience level with senior responsibilities. Specific compensation will be determined based on proven results, platform expertise, client management experience, and portfolio of successful campaigns.
