About the Role
The Field Marketing Associate (FMA) plays a key role in supporting the Field Marketing Director and management team across event activations, reporting, recruitment, and cross‑functional marketing initiatives. This full‑time position is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented candidate ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast‑paced agency environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients while helping to manage staff, logistics, and program reporting.
This role requires a mix of administrative expertise, marketing savvy, and on‑the‑ground problem‑solving. You’ll support market managers, help develop client relationships, and contribute to the success of marketing programs from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
Support the Field Marketing Director with Field Marketing programs.
Collaborate with Field Managers to ensure seamless program execution and communication.
Assist with internal and external project management including reporting, research, and timelines.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and field team communications.
Help develop and maintain program documents, materials, and reports.
Participate in weekly internal meetings and offer insights and updates.
Manage staff rosters, payroll support, event scheduling, and expense processes.
Collaborate with production and client service teams on program logistics and feedback.
Review, audit, and manage post‑event reports and program KPIs.
Assist in preparing recaps, toplines, and client‑facing evaluations.
Research competitive activity, cultural trends, and consumer insights.
Contribute to the creation of pitches and new business opportunities.
Act as a brand steward to ensure excellence in execution and reporting.
Stay informed on experiential, cultural, and industry trends and apply learnings as appropriate.
Represent NGP professionally at client meetings, activations, and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements
1–3+ years of field marketing or live events experience in an agency role.
Strong background in alcohol/spirits‑based experiential marketing preferred.
Exceptional client‑facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple brands and activations simultaneously.
Strong budget development and financial management experience.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and project management tools.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $67,500 – $72,500
Bonus: tied to personal performance, program KPIs, agency financials
Milestone Bonuses: Triggered by revenue growth, expansion wins, or market launches
