The Content Creator at Mulbah is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand content for founder-led, positive impact consumer brands. This role blends creativity, execution, and trend awareness. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering social media content that aligns with campaign strategy and resonates with the target audience. Your work will directly influence brand growth, audience engagement, and the overall success of each partner’s social presence. You will take ownership of content production, ensuring that every piece of content is aligned with the brand, executed at a high level, and delivered on time. You should be someone who understands social media trends, knows how to capture attention quickly, and takes pride in producing high-quality content consistently. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for an initial duration of 6 months. You will be hired as a W-2 salaried employee of Mulbah, with the same level of commitment and integration as any other team member. At the end of the contract, there is the potential for the role to be extended or converted into an ongoing position based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Content Creation Review the campaign content plan and capture content aligned with campaign messaging, promotions, seasonal themes, and product highlights. Ensure all content meets platform standards including HD quality, proper lighting, clear audio, and stable framing. Prioritize vertical (9:16) content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts unless another format is required. Monitor social media trends and create additional trend‑based or creative content opportunities when appropriate. Edit captured content into polished social‑ready deliverables using best practices such as clean pacing, captions or subtitles, trending audio, and on‑brand text overlays. Produce a minimum of 15 finished pieces of reels/images each quarter. Create a minimum of 15 finished pieces of graphics using tools such as Canva each quarter. Upload finalized assets to the Partner’s Shared Google Drive and organize them into the appropriate folders. Capture behind‑the‑scenes (BTS) content during production. Results Deliver Extraordinary Creative Work That Drives Partner Retention Achieve a 100% on‑time delivery rate for all Partner work Produce 100 content pieces for our Partners’ social media platforms monthly that are aligned with their brand Produce 15 content pieces for Mulbah’s social media platforms monthly that are aligned with the Mulbah brand Requirements Experience working with positive impact consumer brands in beauty, health, wellness, food, or beverage Proven experience creating content for social media (personally or professionally) Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ability to shoot and edit high‑quality short‑form video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative thinking Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines independently Collaborative attitude and willingness to receive feedback from a creative team Curiosity, discipline, and passion for building meaningful brands Salary $50,000 Employment Type Full time Location Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area On-site Benefits Mulbah believes extraordinary people are the center of every meaningful business.
