About the role The Marketing Operations Associate will work in our Austin, TX location supporting a wide range of B2B marketing functions, including campaign execution, event coordination, content development, and marketing operations. The role is full‑time, Monday through Friday. What you will do Event & Tradeshow Support Plan and coordinate conferences, tradeshows, and client events. Prepare and organize marketing materials, promotional items, and shipping logistics. Track registrations, coordinate calendars, and communicate with attendees. Support pre‑ and post‑event marketing communications. Provide occasional onsite support for events (as needed). Campaign Support & Marketing Automation Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email and landing pages. Build and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). Manage lists: import, organize, and review data for accuracy. Test campaigns and ensure quality before launch. Learn and support marketing funnel structures and workflows. Track campaign performance and compile basic reports. Content Development & Design Create marketing content such as featured image graphics, emails, blogs, social media posts, and presentations. Develop sales materials including proposals, brochures, and product sheets. Design digital graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Translate internal information into clear, client‑facing marketing content. Ensure materials align with brand standards and are proofread for accuracy. Marketing Operations & Digital Support Maintain marketing calendars and project updates. Support website updates and content publishing. Schedule and post content on social media platforms. Organize marketing assets, files, and inventory. Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team. Who you are Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; basic familiarity with marketing concepts. Preferred: Experience in content marketing or brand marketing; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Monday.com, SEO best practices, WordPress, and other digital content tools. Technical competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experienced with Adobe PDF documents. Strong organization and project management skills: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written communication in a professional and friendly manner with clients and coworkers. Adaptability: Eagerness to use new tools, learn new processes, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment; strong problem‑solving skills. Coachability: Ability to learn and retain instruction, stay curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions. Positive attitude: Courteous, polite, and supportive in all interactions. Team player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering support and reliability. Reliability: Punctual, follows assigned work schedule, works regular business hours in the Austin office. Office environment: Able to remain stationary 75% of the time. What we offer you $24.00 hourly rate.
