In this role, you will lead communications for our global Supply Chain function, working in strong collaboration with the Global and Regional Supply Chain teams. You will join a newly formed team with a strong passion for developing high‑performance environments, working in a highly collaborative way with the mission to become best in the industry.
This is a comprehensive communications role, including culture and engagement communications, media and social media. The role reports into the Director, Chief of Staff and Communication and can be based in multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly international and multi‑cultural environment, ready for a very dynamic and fascinating role which will involve learning agility. The candidate should be comfortable and excited in dealing with senior stakeholders to discuss strategy and content, while also being hands‑on in running events and taking care of all details.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement an internal multi‑channel communications strategy for our Supply Chain function that drives business priorities, fosters our culture, and connects with colleagues all around the world. This includes the organization of events such as townhalls, leadership meetings and related preparation of ad‑hoc messaging, speeches, announcements and decks. The candidate will be accountable for all internal communication channels, including intranet and Yammer.
Develop and implement an external communication strategy focused on showcasing content around our focus areas: Supply Chain Excellence, Innovation, Digital, and Leadership. Support issues management and external media as needed, acting as a key advisor.
Elevate our visibility within platforms like LinkedIn, external conferences and forums, to enhance our reputation and attract the best talents in the industry. Provide specific support to the LT, creating bespoke content and proactively managing their speaking opportunities.
How you will contribute
As a subject matter expert, you will provide direction to team members on communications tactics and execution, working collaboratively across global centers of expertise.
Develop events, narrative and messaging in strong collaboration with our People Team and Capabilities Team, and coordinate effectively with Supply Chain sub‑functions such as Supply Chain Excellence, Engineers, Business Development, Digital Services and CS&L. Work closely with the Corporate & Government Affairs network across regions & markets, generating positive collaboration while protecting and strengthening Supply Chain reputation.
Develop content, stories and visuals to feed our channels (intranet, Yammer, website, LinkedIn and other social media channels) and provide leaders with talking points, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with the Supply Chain narrative in all speaking opportunities.
Track communications and campaigns’ effectiveness across channels and events, using surveys, KPI tracking, engagement data and employee feedback to guide future efforts.
Position Requirements
8+ years of significant experience in corporate communications spanning strategy design to execution, including counseling and influencing executives and employee engagement.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills with an emphasis on creativity, visuals and storytelling techniques.
Proven experience in organizing large corporate events with numerous stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Excellent English proficiency as a must.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
10% business travel.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Capable of prioritizing across competing initiatives and comfortable handling complexity, working with multiple country/region/time‑zones.

Results orientation with a hands‑on mentality and high attention to detail.
Project and calendar management skills. Experience managing editorial plans, producing videos and high‑level PowerPoint files. Learning agility to explore and introduce modern communication tools and methods.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
