Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic thinking
Proven experience in Sales and achieving revenue targets
Account Management capabilities and client relationship skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in staffing or consulting services is a strong advantage
