The Role: Reporting to the Assistant Brand Manager, the Brand Intern will help support the marketing team with daily tasks as it pertains to reporting, competitive analysis, social posts, content creation and other marketing activities. What you will do: Help execute Marketing plans that drive brand objectives. Help with social media and influencer content management, ensuring all content aligns with brand strategy. Help with the development, tracking and management of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional and agency partners, including legal, claims & shopper teams to secure all necessary approvals. Help with digital and shopper marketing. Develop e‑content Partner with the Shopper Excellence team on shopper marketing initiatives for the brand. Work with Direct to Consumer (D2C) Manager for best practices, outages, and more. Manage updates to Kao Mall for Biore Brand. Help with monthly analysis to track & report sales data to review performance of the category, brand, and competition. Monitors/reports Point of Sales trends, competitive activity, and category trends. Research competitive propositions, copy, and pricing to help create a point of difference for the brand's innovation, communication, etc. Understand competitive landscape and implications to the brand. Identify data‑driven recommendations to help accelerate growth. What you will need: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program. Prior internships in the marketing field. 1+ years marketing or data experience either in education or work experience. A reasonable pay range for this role is $17/hr. - $20/hr.
