Client Overview Our client is a well‑known retail client that offers a wide range of apparel, accessories, home goods, and beauty products, as well as operating both nationwide retail locations and a major online shopping platform. They are looking to hire a SEM Marketing Associate to join their team. Salary $30/hr – $45/hr Position Overview The SEM Marketing Associate will help drive SEM campaigns for a major retail client, focusing on increasing store traffic and online sales. They will collaborate with retail teams to optimize paid search strategies, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements for customer engagement. Responsibilities Develop and execute SEM strategies tailored to retail objectives. Manage paid search campaigns, optimizing for store and online sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using retail KPIs. Collaborate with merchandising and customer experience teams. Conduct keyword research relevant to retail products and promotions. Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights. Stay updated on retail marketing trends and SEM best practices. Required Experience and Skills Experience with Skai (preferred) or knowledge of Kenshoo. Minimum 2 years of SEM experience, preferably in retail. Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience and Skills Experience with large retail clients or department stores. Familiarity with retail merchandising and customer experience strategies. Knowledge of omnichannel marketing approaches. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
