Residential Cabinet Sales & Design Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Cabinet Sales & Kitchen & Bath Design professional who knows how to guide a project from first conversation to final installation. If you’ve sold cabinets, worked directly with homeowners and builders, and love helping clients visualize their space while keeping projects on track, this role will feel familiar—in the best way. What You’ll Do Build and manage relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, architects, and designers Lead client meetings, present cabinetry solutions, and close residential sales Oversee kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts, selections, and specifications Prepare estimates and proposals while maintaining margin targets Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with internal teams and installers Communicate clearly with clients on timelines, changes, and expectations Assist with punch items, field issues, and warranty follow-up when needed What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in residential cabinet sales and/or kitchen & bath design Strong knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, finishes, and installation processes Experience selling directly to homeowners and residential builders Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Design education or formal training is a plus, but not required Why This Role Focused on residential kitchens and baths Ownership of projects from design through completion Relationship‑driven sales, not transactional quoting Collaborative team environment with operational support Opportunity to grow a book of business and long‑term client relationships Compensation: Competitive salary + performance‑based incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
