TDI is seeking an experienced, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The Marketing Coordinator will support TDI and TDI Solutions’ multifaceted B2B marketing efforts across channels and platforms, helping drive new areas of growth, strengthen client retention, and elevate awareness of TDI’s advisory and solutions businesses among key audiences, including clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for articulating, aligning, and consistently applying TDI’s brand across all channels, while optimizing defined marketing goals. Core channels include TDI’s external and client-facing websites, client content, pitch materials, social media, and other marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and deeply engaged in the firm’s activities and initiatives. They bring a creative, entrepreneurial mindset and develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth. This individual leverages data and performance insights to inform strategy, measure impact, and continuously refine marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities Provide marketing support for B2B initiatives across the firm
Partner closely with the CMO to design, develop, and launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with growth objectives
Ensure consistent expression of the TDI and TDI Solutions brands across all channels
Develop marketing assets and strategies that support the sales team in engaging prospective clients
Oversee corporate websites in coordination with IT and external partners
Manage organic and paid social media campaigns
Drive demand across key client segments by leveraging TDI’s brand, content, and thought leadership to expand reach and awareness

Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Marketing Coordinator position will possess the following:
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience working in B2B marketing
A marketing generalist with a strong understanding of how channels work together—from events and PR to paid marketing and email
Knowledge of UX principles and digital marketing strategy
Experience building and evolving brands and corporate websites, with the ability to track goals and performance metrics
Fluency in organic and paid social media, including measurement and analytics
Exceptional writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for reaching new audiences
High emotional and cultural intelligence and enthusiasm for working with diverse teams and organizations
Experience managing and creating global content
Preference to work in DC office
Location : Washington, DC | Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm | 100% In-Office
Compensation : $72,000 - $80,000 annualized
