Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist for a top SaaS client supporting a regulated industry. This individual will play a critical role in executing content strategy across email, web, blog, and lifecycle campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong B2B writer who thrives in cross functional collaboration, can translate complex product and industry information into compelling content, and understands how content supports demand generation and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who can move quickly, contribute immediately, and balance creativity with operational efficiency—leveraging AI tools thoughtfully without sacrificing authentic, human driven storytelling.
Content Creation & Editing (45%)
Write, edit, and publish multi channel content including blog articles, web pages, marketing emails, social posts, newsletters, product and customer communications, and educational resources
Repurpose and adapt content for different channels and audiences (U.S., U.K., AUS, and others as the business develops)
Ensure all content meets Fx5 brand, tone, and accuracy standards, including grammar, clarity, and compliance requirements
Translate product, technical, and regulatory information into accessible, engaging content for distillery partners
Campaign, Email, and Lifecycle Support (20%)
Draft and support execution of marketing and lifecycle emails through Mailchimp, Pardot, or similar platforms
Build email templates, audience segments, and A/B tests based on direction from the Manager of Marketing
Collaborate on nurture programs, product adoption campaigns, and retention focused communications
Content Management, SEO, and Web Updates (15%)
Update, maintain, and optimize website content using WordPress or similar CMS tools
Apply SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, internal linking, readability) to improve discoverability and performance
Manage content calendars, publishing workflows, and version control across digital platforms
Analytics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement (10%)
Track and analyze content performance metrics, including email engagement, page views, CTR, and SEO rankings
Identify opportunities for improvement using data insights and share recommendations with the Manager of Marketing
Participate in test and learn cycles for messaging, subject lines, CTAs, and content formats
Cross Functional Collaboration & Support (10%)
Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to source information, gather customer stories, and refine content accuracy
Support internal knowledge and enablement materials, including product updates, FAQs, and guides
Coordinate with contractors or vendors (writers, designers) as directed by the Manager of Marketing
Assist with event planning, coordination, materials development, fulfillment, and on site engagement as needed

Skills and Requirements
2–4 years of B2B content marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
Experience producing and publishing content across multiple digital channels (e.g., web, email, blog, social)
Strong written communication and storytelling skills
Experience using AI tools for efficiency in content workflows
CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) for:
Content creation, updates, publishing
Basic formatting and SEO elements
Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement – for building email campaigns, landing pages, forms, digital assets, automated nurture workflows, and managing lists, dynamic segments, tags, behavioral triggers, and campaign reporting
Digital asset creation tools (e.g., Canva or equivalent) to prepare visuals for email, web, and social channels aligned to brand standards.
Experience with collaboration & project management tools:
Confluence, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday, etc
Ability to collaborate cross functionally and hit the ground running
WordPress
SEO best practices and content optimization
SaaS or regulated/technical industry background
Experience with analytics and performance reporting
Experience supporting nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing
