Job Description
The Creative Brand Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of apparel and graphic design projects from concept through final delivery. This role oversees the artwork development process, providing direction to graphic artists and ensuring designs align with brand standards, business goals, and production timelines. The Creative Brand Manager manages project priorities, guides creative decisions, and ensures projects move efficiently from brief to completion.
Responsibilities
Lead apparel and graphic design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
Oversee the artwork development process and provide direction to graphic artists to ensure brand consistency and quality deliverables
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
Manage project schedules and milestones to ensure projects remain on track and deadlines are met
Coordinate workflow and communication between graphic artists, merchandising, marketing, and other internal teams
Review creative assets and provide feedback to guide design direction and ensure final deliverables meet brand expectations
Organize and maintain creative briefs, artwork files, production specifications, and asset libraries
Monitor project progress, identify risks or obstacles, and adjust plans to ensure successful project delivery
Track project timelines and status in Excel and NetSuite, providing accurate documentation, data insights, and regular updates to internal partners and leadership
Support improvements to creative workflows, project processes, and cross-team coordination
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills And Knowledge
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and make informed decisions, Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator preferred, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools, Strong visual and creative eye with the ability to guide design direction and ensure brand consistency
Qualifications
3-5 years of apparel and/or graphic design experience
Bachelor’s degree in apparel merchandising, graphic design, or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
Pay Range
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00
