Marketing Associate

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Marketing Associate to lead corporate marketing initiatives, including community outreach, advertising, and recruiting support. This role is essential in driving brand awareness, supporting business growth, and strengthening relationships across the healthcare and pediatric sectors. You’ll play a key role in connecting families to meaningful services that make a difference every day. Key Responsibilities Support and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership Coordinate community outreach initiatives, including community outreach events and healthcare marketing campaigns Plan, attend, and represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach events Assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and interview coordination Manage and update company social media platforms to support recruitment and brand awareness Design, update, and distribute marketing flyers and promotional materials for both candidate recruitment and client referral outreach Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support hiring efforts Facilitate onboarding of new employees and conduct new hire orientationsBuild and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources Track marketing activities, expenses, and ROI metrics Manage marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional efforts Stay current on healthcare marketing trends and best practices Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, recruiting, or healthcare-related field Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Experience with community outreach, event planning, recruiting, and HR or marketing systems (e.g., applicant tracking, CRM, or marketing platforms) Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
