Job Description: Represent nationally recognized nonprofit and brand partners in face-to-face campaigns Drive fundraising and customer acquisition results through direct engagement Track and analyze performance metrics weekly Build strong relationships that increase retention and brand loyalty Execute campaigns with precision and high standards Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship You won’t be stuck doing one repetitive task. You’ll learn the full business model — sales, recruitment, training, and management — so you understand how growth actually works.
