Role Description
The Director of Marketing & Administration is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greensburg, IN. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing membership growth and engagement initiatives. This professional will also handle administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence, including event planning, budget management, and day‑to‑day office functions. The Director will collaborate closely with local businesses, community leaders, and stakeholders to support the Chamber's mission and objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies.
Skills in Marketing and Marketing Management to drive campaigns and oversee the Chamber's promotional efforts.
Proficiency in Sales and related activities to enhance business development and membership engagement.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in a non‑profit or chamber of commerce setting is a plus.
