Position Overview
The Marketing Administrator provides tactical execution support across digital marketing operations to ensure consistent content publishing, campaign deployment, and website maintenance.
This role is designed to support the Director of Marketing & HIT Strategy & Growth by owning day-to-day marketing execution tasks, enabling strategic focus on growth initiatives, executive-level reporting, sales alignment, and HIT expansion efforts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established marketing systems and workflows.
Primary Objective of the Role
Successfully transition approximately 25% of tactical marketing operations
Allow Marketing Director to reclaim 10–15+ hours per week for strategic growth initiatives
Maintain operational excellence and brand consistency across digital channels
Core Responsibilities1. Social Media Execution & Scheduling
Schedule and publish approved content across LinkedIn and other platforms
Maintain marketing content calendar
Format posts for optimal presentation and tagging
Monitor basic engagement and elevate insights as needed
Provide simple monthly engagement summaries
2. Website Maintenance & CMS Management
Upload and format blog articles, white papers, case studies, and landing pages
Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta descriptions, header formatting, alt text)
Update website copy and resources as directed
Monitor for formatting issues, outdated content, and broken links
3. Content Publishing & Asset Management
Prepare and publish:
Blog posts
White papers
Case studies
Executive PDFs
Maintain an organized digital asset library
Ensure brand formatting consistency across all materials
4. Email Marketing Deployment (HubSpot)
Build and schedule marketing emails using approved templates
Test links, personalization tokens, and automation workflows
Support list segmentation and upload
Pull performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate)
Assist in workflow QA and deployment readiness
5. Marketing Operations & Reporting Support
Pull recurring reports from HubSpot and social platforms
Assist in compiling monthly dashboards
Document marketing processes and SOP updates
Support event preparation logistics (materials, lists, coordination)
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing support
Experience with HubSpot
Familiarity with CMS systems (WordPress)
Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Highly organized and process-oriented
Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
B2B marketing experience
Healthcare, health IT, or technology marketing exposure
Experience working within documented workflows and structured processes
Comfort operating in a growth-focused organization
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
On-time publishing of 100% assigned content
Email deployment accuracy (zero broken links or formatting errors)
Website updates completed within 48 hours of request
Successful transition of tactical responsibilities
Accurate monthly reporting support
Pay Rate $24-$28/hr
