Role Description We’re looking for a Landscape Designer who can take projects from concept to completion while maintaining high standards of quality and execution. This role focuses on creating landscape designs and working closely with clients, while also overseeing installation to ensure projects are built according to plan. You’ll be involved in residential and commercial projects, including outdoor living spaces, pavers, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and full landscape installations. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership, participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings, and help bring our design services in-house. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative side of design and the hands-on involvement of seeing projects come to life in the field. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in landscape design and construction (residential and/or commercial) Proven ability to take projects from design → build → completion Strong knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation systems, grading, and planting design Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Land F/X, or similar) Ability to read, interpret, and produce construction drawings and site plans Experience working directly with clients, builders, or commercial stakeholders Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Experience with estimating, takeoffs, or bidding processes Comfortable using modern tools, AI, and software platforms to improve efficiency Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
