The Senior Specialist, Integrated Marketing supports the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns that bring JCPenney’s brand to life across paid, owned, and earned channels. Reporting to Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, this role partners cross‑functionally with creative, media, digital, stores, and agency teams to ensure cohesive, on‑brand campaign execution that drives customer engagement and business results.
Primary Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business priorities.
Translate campaign objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and channel teams.
Contribute to quarterly and seasonal planning processes with thoughtful recommendations and insights.
Briefing & Content Development
Manage components of the briefing process to ensure clarity, alignment, and on‑time delivery.
Collaborate with creative, production, and channel teams to develop high‑quality, on‑brand assets across traditional and digital platforms.
Review creative materials to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Support campaign presentations and recap materials, helping build cohesive narratives for internal stakeholders.
Attend and support photo shoots or campaign activations as needed to maintain brand alignment (occasional travel may be required).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner across marketing, corporate communications, stores, digital, and other departments to support integrated execution.
Help drive integration across paid, earned, and owned channels to ensure a unified customer journey.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external agency partners.
Project & Budget Coordination
Manage campaign timelines and track deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
Maintain organized documentation of briefs, timelines, creative assets, and approvals.
Performance Measurement & Insights
Partner with analytics teams to monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
Assist in developing post‑campaign recaps with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Apply data‑driven learnings to improve future campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or related field; retail experience preferred.
Experience supporting cross‑channel campaigns across digital, video, social media, and in‑store marketing.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Pay Range
USD $57,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
