About Our Internship Program
Our Summer 2026 internship cycle runs from June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026.
This is a paid, remote educational internship. The program lasts 12 weeks and offers a hands‑on learning experience unmatched in the classroom. Interns report to a supervisor, explore their career field of interest, gain in‑house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors.
Summary of Position
NVE Strategy & Communications is an internal team of interdisciplinary marketing strategists, tasked with developing breakthrough ideas and experiential extensions that deliver business solutions for partners. Each team member brings a unique discipline and career expertise to the table, built from diverse creative and cultural angles to develop solutions for our brand partners.
This role reports directly to NVE’s Director of Strategy and works collaboratively with other members of Strategy & Communications as needed.

Job Responsibilities
Research brand, consumer, and market trends to create tailored insights and competitive analysis reports for clients and Strategy & Communications.
Participate in multi‑department brainstorms and creative ideation for leading brands.
Assist in internal and external strategic support for core accounts across industries including consumer brands, entertainment, spirits, lifestyle, and business‑to‑business programs.
Participate in partnership planning and strategy for active partnership projects.
Support the Comms (PR and Partnerships) team across social and brand marketing, including research, program execution, coverage tracking, and updating media lists.
Administrative Support
Attend weekly meetings with Strategy & Communications Department.
Assist with meeting and conference preparation, organizing materials.
Take comprehensive notes during all meetings – internal and external.
Circulate post‑meeting recap emails after all meetings – internal and external.
Assist on any ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
Ideal majors: Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
Can write effectively, persuasively and professionally.
Has knowledge and/or experience working in strategy at a creative agency.
Process‑oriented and highly organized with exceptional time‑management skills.
Values collaboration yet has the confidence to recommend and own new ideas.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced work environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Understands and is fascinated by culture, subcultures, and the forces that move them.
Has an interest in marketing, advertising, PR, and consumer experiences.
Location
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles, New York, and London. The ideal candidate is located in New York or Los Angeles; however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a non‑exempt, paid internship. The estimated hourly range for this role is $17.00 – $22.00 /hr, depending on factors such as location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job‑related qualifications.
