Rossetti Public Relations is a fast-growing public relations agency, based in Las Vegas, NV, working with global brands in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle and gaming. The Public Relations Coordinator is a key team member and this role will support the overall communications strategy for several brands. We work with global brands in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, and gaming – we have grown rapidly as a company, but we have not let go of the collaborative start-up culture that makes us who we are today. So, are you ready to grow with us? Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of story ideas, pitch and achieve editorial placements. Assist in coordinating media and influencer visits Assist with logistical coordination and staffing of photo shoots and media relations activities. Manage updating lists and press materials Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and pitches Assist in planning and execution of events Research journalists and editorial calendars Monitor, maintain and distribute clippings Assist in compiling and distributing weekly and monthly activity and media status reports Assist with general research projects Assist and manage inbound media and influencer requests for several clients Support the team in creating and implementing PR strategy Support our company’s social media channels through content creation and execution Make follow-up and informational media calls Attend regular meetings and calls and provide recaps All other duties assigned by Leadership Qualifications & Skills One year’s experience in a related field related to public relations, marketing or media or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in an agency environment preferred Experience with Microsoft applications Ability to travel out of town periodically for work Ability to work on a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, SOPs and memos.
