Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing, Social Media & PR Manager to lead brand growth, audience engagement, and public relations efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, building media relationships, and elevating the company’s presence across digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate understands entertainment culture, storytelling, and audience trends, and can translate that into impactful campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for shows, content releases, events, and brand initiatives
Identify target audiences and create strategies to grow reach and engagement
Collaborate with creative, production, and talent teams to align messaging and branding
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and KPIs
Social Media Management
Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with releases and campaigns
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (video, graphics, captions)
Monitor trends and leverage viral opportunities to grow audience
Engage with followers and build a strong online community
Public Relations (PR)
Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and media coverage
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets
Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and statements
Coordinate interviews, appearances, and press opportunities
Manage brand reputation and handle crisis communications if needed
Brand Development
Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
Contribute to brand positioning and long-term growth strategy
Support partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on marketing performance, social media growth, and PR impact
Use insights to improve future campaigns and audience targeting
Monitor competitors and industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or public relations (entertainment/media preferred)
Proven experience, growing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)
Established media contacts and PR experience is a plus
