
Marketing Specialist

DarrowEverett is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and colleagues within the department to develop and execute impactful marketing and social media strategies that elevate the firm’s brand and highlight the expertise of our attorneys.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow both personally and professionally within a fast‑expanding business law firm. Candidates should be creative, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Create and/or edit written, video, and short‑form social content featuring our attorneys.
Develop engaging social media content focused on results‑driven strategies, and post content to our channels via scheduling tools.
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels, and interact with users across platforms to grow audience.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Support and execute personal marketing initiatives on behalf of attorneys.
Design, create and deliver marketing collateral (including ads, brochures and flyers) to support the growth and expansion of firm.
Research conference or advertising opportunities to determine value for the firm and its attorneys.
Assist in the marketing onboarding of new attorneys.
Coordinate and/or attend public‑facing events that support the firm’s or individual attorneys’ marketing efforts.
Qualifications / Skills
Strong passion for social media and proficiency with major platforms and management tools.
Experience with photo and video editing tools and digital media formats.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional time‑management abilities and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Understanding of current and emerging trends in digital content and social media.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
0‑3 years’ experience with B2B or B2C social media marketing or content development
Direct experience using social media creating and management tools (Canva, Constant Contact YouTube, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) a plus
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
