Yamaha is seeking a Marketing and Office Coordinator to join our Motorsports group in Marietta, GA. This role coordinates and supports all aspects of Yamaha Motorsports marketing efforts, including but not limited to budget and loan pool oversight, marketing metric tracking and reporting, and assistance as requested in areas such as asset development/tracking, consumer and media event support, brand VI and logo guideline monitoring, and similar.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support the Motorsports marketing team to ensure projects and key initiatives are executed and tracked in line with achieving overall business and product line goals.
Serve as the building lead with facility and supply requirements; organize key meetings across multiple calendars and support team building events.
Oversee and manage the Motorsport loan pool, providing tracking reports and supporting reconciliation, including monitoring reserved units on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly budget reporting and reconciliation, including invoice submission and tracking, and liaison with accounting for new vendor set‑up.
Assist with tracking, reporting and distribution of results and make recommendations on improvements and optimization.
Work cross‑functionally throughout the MTS business to synergize efforts for the purpose of achieving overall business and product line goals.
Liaise with Yamaha vendor partners and customers regarding proper use of Yamaha Motorsports logos based on Visual Identity guidelines.
Provide media relations support as needed to ensure positive third‑party reporting and reviews of MTS products.
Assist with executive support needs like travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management as required.
What You Need to be Successful:
B.A. Degree – Business/Management/Marketing preferred.
2+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to work well independently as well as within a team‑based environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
AI certification preferred.
Powersports experience a plus.
