Account Executive – FEP Specialist Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive – FEP Specialist. Responsibilities Generate renewal sales in the small group market (under 50), life, and ancillary product lines. Engage Federal and Postal Agencies and employees to maintain and grow membership in the Federal Employee Program (FEP). Maintain high persistency rates and provide top‑notch service. Provide timely and professional service to enrolled groups, non‑group, and ancillary sales. Suggest insights to management on customer needs, competitive activity, and market conditions. Collaborate closely with the sales team and FEP Field Services to achieve retention and sales goals. Work with employers and agencies to support employee engagement and provide service to their staff. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (typically in Marketing or Sales) or commensurate experience. Current license to sell health insurance in Wyoming (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Valid driver's license. Three months or more of work experience, typically in customer relations. Proficiency in using consumer relationship management systems. Understanding of FEP and small group contracts, including benefit administration and legal requirements. Considerations Moderate to high stress with defined performance goals. Automobile and overnight travel required. Public speaking, driving, writing, typing, and use of a calculator. #J-18808-Ljbffr
