Integra Loan Tech, a rapidly expanding lending technology developer in the FinTech Industry based in Franklin, TN currently has a rewarding opportunity for a Business Development Representative. Candidate must be located in the Franklin/Nashville area. Salary + Commissions. Full and part-time positions available
Responsibilities:
Market, prospect and build relationships with key contacts in the banking and mortgage industry.
Execute marketing campaigns via direct marketing and social media.
Become proficient in expanding company prospect database and target marketing in Salesforce.
Territory management by prioritizing key opportunities in each market and region.
Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospective customers.
Become knowledgeable with Integra technologies to educate prospective customers

Qualifications:
Proactive and motivated with strong initiative
Located in the Franklin/Nashville, TN area
Willing to work in the office
Ability to communicate effectively with banking executives, mortgage executives, and coworkers
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time, work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and social media, primarily LinkedIn
