Drone Content & Growth Lead

AeroAnchor is an early‑stage drone accessories brand. We’re building products around control, ergonomics, and how people actually use drones in the field — not what looks good online. We’re starting from zero. We’re looking for one person to own content and growth. This is not a typical social media role. Responsibilities Talk to drone operators and businesses every day (DMs, comments, outreach) Learn how people actually use their gear — and what frustrates them Turn that into content that connects and grows Help shape the direction of the brand through real‑world feedback Qualifications Understand drones (FPV, commercial, or both) Be comfortable behind a camera and in editing software Have strong instincts for what works on Instagram / Reels Be a self‑starter — you don’t wait for direction, you figure things out Be comfortable talking to people — not just posting content Grown an account from zero Worked around drone operators or in the field Built anything on your own This role sits between content, growth, and real‑world operator insight.
