Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Associate to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for a recent university graduate who is eager to gain hands‑on experience supporting our client relationship manager, website, business development, project management, and events teams. The Marketing Associate will provide essential administrative support, assist with marketing technology tasks, and coordinate marketing initiatives across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across marketing projects.
Learn and utilize marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and gain insights.
Assist the Marketing Technology team with basic CRM and website support tasks, including testing emails, web forms, and landing pages.
Support the Project Management team by maintaining and updating project tasks and statuses using project management tools such as monday.com.
Help maintain data quality in the Salesforce CRM by processing contact updates and managing subscription preferences.
Provide administrative support by drafting simple documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials.
Manage administrative inboxes and respond to routine support requests.
Assist with coordinating marketing materials and support event planning activities such as webinars and seminars.
Support the Business Development team with outreach campaigns and tracking their effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong writing ability to create clear, concise, and professional marketing content.
Ability to leverage AI tools to support and streamline marketing processes and content creation.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and project management tools; experience with Salesforce, monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in tracking, interpreting, and reporting on marketing campaign performance and other key metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
