PAS Writer

Position Summary PAS writer primary responsibility is to complete the PAS in a timely manner to include clinical review, concise clinical assessment, communication with internal team including Medical Director, Director of Business Development, admission coordinator as well external team including referral source and case managers. Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Current, valid, and active clinical license: Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist Desired Qualifications 2+ years of clinical experience in an acute care setting Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Clinical writing experience and familiarity of medical terminology Knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance requirements Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize high volume Exceptional customer service maintaining high professionalism and ability to request, evaluate, and report across service lines Strong and detailed verbal and written communication skills Benefits A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities to progress in function, skill, and pay.
